To constantly improve services and solutions and thus to increase success of partners and customers, Lankasoft pays special attention to the education of our employees. One of the most important aspects of our educational program is the Lankasoft Training Center where every employee, regardless of his or her position, can get additional knowledge, experience new technologies, and improve his or her skills.

In addition, our employees participate in education and certification programs from Microsoft, Sun, Oracle and Brainbench.
